Thomas Oddo
is a partner in the firm. Mr. Oddo is a trial and appellate attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of business, commercial, and tort litigation in federal, state and appellate courts. He has successfully litigated, tried, and appealed numerous high stakes breach of contract, fraud, injunction, construction, and negligence cases throughout the United States. Mr. Oddo has successfully litigated cases in the Federal District Courts of Illinois and Texas, and in the State Courts of Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Kendall, and Lake Counties of Illinois, as well as Provo, Utah. Throughout his 20 year career, Mr. Oddo's approach to litigation is to become a partner with his client for purposes of the case. By understanding not only the law and facts of the case, but his client and his client's business, Mr. Oddo is able to advocate with true concern and passion for his clients. Through this approach, Mr. Oddo has successfully defended the business practices and reputation of his larger clients, and he has saved many small, mid-sized, and family-owned businesses from certain destruction and financial ruin.

Mr. Oddo obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1987. In 1990, he received his law degree from DePaul University, College of Law, where he received an academic scholarship. Mr. Oddo is admitted to practice before the Illinois Appellate Courts, all Illinois State Courts, and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Oddo also does pro bono work for several local schools and churches, and coaches local baseball, basketball, and track teams.
